60. On the 27th of July, before starting the procedure of enrolment, an announcement is placed on the official website http://www.dgu.ru/ and on the information board of the Admission Committee, containing a complete name list of persons whose enrolment can be considered by the Admission Committee for each degree program (specialty) and on different entrance conditions – (within Admission Target Figures, including enrolment to the first year of part-time courses of undergraduate studies, vacancies for commercial forms of education, target admission) – hereinafter name list. The name list must contain the total sum of points scored by the applicants for all the entrance exams. The name list must be approved by the head of the admission committee and be given in the following order:
applicants entitled to be enrolled without entrance exams;
applicants entitled to be admitted beyond competition, provided they successfully pass the entrance exams, ranked in the order of decreasing of their points (with their indication);
applicants, who successfully passed entrance competitions for target vacancies, ranked in the order of decreasing of their points (with their indication);
applicants, who successfully passed entrance competitions, ranked in the order of decreasing of their points (with their indication).
From the 31st of July on, the official website of the University www.dgu.ru will be updating the complete information on the submission of the original state-recognized documents about education by the applicants from the list of persons recommended by the Admission Committee for enrolment for each degree program (specialty).
61. Applicants, who earned the highest scores at the entrance competitions, including additional entrance exams, will be enrolled for degree programs or specialties. If applicants have equal scores, persons with the priority right are enrolled; if applicants with no rights of priority or equal rights of priority have equal scores, persons with a higher score for the specialized subject (additional professional, specialized or creative entrance exams).
62. Enrolment of intending students for the first year of education for undergraduate degree program and specialty programs, except for those applying for part-time form of education will be carried out within the following time period:
July, 30 – announcing and placing on the official website of the University and the information board of the Admission Committee of the following documents:
order about enrolment of persons who, as pursuant with the legislation of the Russian Federation have the right to be enrolled from the 1st of September, without entrance competitions, beyond competitions on condition they pass successfully the entrance examinations, as well as about enrolment of persons applying for vacancies for target admission;
name lists, approved by the head of the Admission Committee, of those applicants who successfully passed entrance competitions ranked in the order of decreasing of their points (with their indication), marking the name lists of applicants recommended by the Admission Committee for enrolment for each degree program (specialty) with the due account of the remaining Admission Target Figures;
August, 4, before 4 p.m. – termination of the submission of the original state-recognized documents about education by those of the applicants who successfully passed entrance examinations, were registered into the name lists of persons recommended by the Admission Committee for enrolment for each degree program (specialty) within the Admission Target Figures;
August, 5 – publication, notification and placement on official website of Dagestan State University www.dgu.ru and the notice board of the Admission Committee of the order about enrolment from the 1st of September of applicants from those in the name list of persons recommended by the Admission Committee for enrolment for each degree program (specialty) within the Admission Target Figures;
Persons, who were registered in the name list of applicants recommended for admission, but did not submit (or collected) their original state-recognized documents about education within the deadline set by this paragraph, discontinue participation in the competition and are regarded as those who refuse participating in the competition.
63. If there are vacancies, further enrolment is carried out on the basis of the applicants, registered in the complete name list up to the complete filling-up of the vacancies according to the following schedule:
August, 5 – placement of the announcement on the University website www.dgu.ru as well as on the notice board of the Admission Committee of the following documents approved by the Admission Committee:
name lists of applicants who successfully passed entrance competitions ranked in the order of decreasing of their points (with their indication), marking the name lists of applicants recommended by the Admission Committee for enrolment for each degree program (specialty) with the due account of the remaining Admission Target Figures, and (or) vacancies within Admission Target Figures which became free as a result of the return of documents by the applicants who decided not to be enrolled.
name lists of applicants who successfully passed entrance competitions ranked in the order of decreasing of their points (with their indication), marking the name lists of applicants recommended by the Admission Committee for enrolment for each degree program (specialty) on the commercial basis (if any);
August, 9, before 4 p.m. – termination of the submission of the original state-recognized documents about education by those of the applicants who successfully passed entrance examinations, were registered into the name lists of persons recommended by the Admission Committee for enrolment for each degree program (specialty) within the Admission Target Figures;
August, 10 – publication, notification and placement on official website of Dagestan State University www.dgu.ru and the notice board of the Admission Committee of the order about enrolment from the 1st of September of applicants from those in the name list of persons recommended by the Admission Committee for enrolment for each degree program (specialty) within the Admission Target Figures, who submitted the state-recognized original documents about education;
63.1 Enrolment of applicants for bachelor’s and specialty degree programs on the conmmercial basis is carried out till August, 20 provided the enrolment contract has been signed and the fee for one year of education has been entered.
64. Enrolment of applicants for bachelor’s and specialty degree programs for part-time education as well as for master’s degree program must be carried out after the entrance exams, including additional entrance examinations and completed till August, 20.
65. Upon written request, within the next working day after the submission of the request, the university must return the state-recognized original document about education as well as other documents which were submitted by the applicant before.
66. Those applying for the first year of education of bachelor’s or specialty degree program must submit, within the time period set by this Regulation, the following:
after enrolment for the vacancies within ATFs – the state-recognized original document about education and 4 photos (if not submitted beforehand);
after enrolment on the commercial basis, including the applicants with higher vocational education:
as a regular student – the state-recognized original document about education and 4 photos (if not submitted beforehand);
as an auditor (irregular student) – authenticated copy of the state-recognized original document about education, 4 photos (if not submitted beforehand) and a certificate issued by the higher educational establishment where the applicant is a regular student.
67. If the applicant sent his/her documents by mail, must present the original document of identification (its copy was submitted by mail) and the military ID (if necessary), while submitting the state-recognized original document about education.
68. Order (orders) about enrolment with indication of the scores which were gained by the applicants during the entrance competitions both on the vacancies within Admission Target Figures and vacancies for education on the commercial basis, as well as grounds for enrolment (without entrance exams, beyond competitions or target admission) are published on the official website of the university www.dgu.ru and the notice board of the Admission Committee on the day of their publication and must be available to the users till the 31st of December of the current year.
Order (orders) about extra enrolment on the basis of target admission must contain information about enrolment on the basis of the target admission must contain the information about the state government bodies or local government bodies directing the applicant to be admitted to the state or municipal higher educational establishment on the basis of target admission. The order must also contain information the agreement between the institution and the aforementioned bodies (except for the national security information and STI information, subject to export control), as well as the information about the establisher’s approval of the quota limits for target admission.
69. Enrolment of applicants for bachelor’s and specialty degree programs for part-time education as well as for master’s degree program and enrolment for the second and further years of education must be carried out till August, 20.
70. In case there are vacancies after the procedure of enrolment based on the results of the competition or after the return of the documents by the applicant, the establisher is entitled in exceptional cases to authorize the university to announce additional admission to the degree programs (specialties), which are important for the country’s or region’s economy. Only applicants with valid State Unified Exam’s results participate in the competition. However, the procedure of enrolment on the basis of additional admission must be completed not later than September, 1.
Additional admission and enrolment are carried out in accordance with the annual admission requirements to the higher educational establishment. The time period during which the applicant should submit the original state-recognized document about education as well as the time limits of the enrolment are set by the university independently. No later than August, 15 this information is placed on the official website of the University and the notice board of the admission committee.
