Sports standards for physical education
32. The results of all entrance tests are evaluated within one hundred points scale.
32.1. Results of winners and prizewinners of the final stage of all-Russian Olympiads for pupils, members of Russian national teams participating in international Olympiads on subjects as well as other teams formed as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation are equaled to 100 points in subjects corresponding to the majors of the degree programs which are not the same as the major of the Olympiad.
33. Additional professional, specialized or creative entrance exams are conducted in the following forms:
audition
viewing
interview
other forms determined by annual admission requirements.
Entrance exams, conducted by the university independently, are held in written and (or) oral form, prescribed by annual Admission Requirements.
34. Entrance exams, including additional entrance exams held orally, are registered in a protocol containing all the questions and commentaries by examiners.
35. Additional entrance exams begin no earlier than the beginning of documents’ submission and may be conducted in several stages following formation of exam groups of persons who submitted documents. They may also be conducted concurrently with the State Unified Exams within supplementary period of the State Unified Exams for those who didn’t take these exams previously..
36. The list of programs and form of the certification tests for admission to the second and subsequent years are set by the University independently.
37. At the entrance examinations, additional entrance tests, as well as certification testing calm and friendly atmosphere should be provided, so that the examinees had the opportunity to express most fully their knowledge and skills.
During entrance examinations, additional entrance tests, the examinees and examiners are forbidden to have and use the communications and computer technology (including calculators), except for cases stipulated by normative legal acts of the Russian Federation.
38. Schedule of entrance examinations (including additional entrance examinations, entrance examinations for master’s programs) and the qualification tests (subject, date, time, examination group and place of examination, consultation, date of announcement of results) is approved by Admission Committee chairman or his deputy, and sent to information of applicants no later than June 20.
The schedule of admission tests (including additional entrance examinations, entrance examinations for master’s programs must provide an additional reserve day(s) for persons who do not present themselves at entrance examinations, additional introductory test for a valid reason (illness or other circumstances duly documented).
39. Entrance exams are held in Russian (with the exception of entrance exams in Foreign Languages and native language).
40. The same entrance tests are established for those applying to ATFs’ vacancies (general competition; target admission; out-of-competition admission) as well as for those applying to commercial vacancies for a particular degree program (specialty), corresponding year (except persons mentioned in Subparagraph 3.3 of Paragraph 3 of the Present Regulations).
41. Applicants, who take away their documents after the period of documents’ submission is over as well as applicants whose results of entrance exams (additional entrance examinations) are below the minimum number of points, confirming the successful completion of entrance test (additional entrance examinations), drop out of competition.
42. Persons who do not attend the entrance exam (additional entrance examinations) or qualification tests for a valid reason (illness or other circumstances, duly documented), are allowed to take exams in parallel groups during the next stage of admission tests (including additional entrance tests) or individually prior to their completion.
43. It is forbidden to participate in entrance exams conducted by the University independently, additional entrance exams on each degree program for the relevant form of education if the applicant participated in the same exam conducted for the previous exam group.
If the applicant enters the competition on the basis of his/her State Unified Exams results, he/she is not allowed to participate in the entrance examinations conducted by the university independently.
The results of entrance exams for full-time form education are valid for other forms or conditions of education.
44.1. In case of failure to comply with the order of entrance examinations conducted by the university itself or additional entrance exams, members of the admission committee conducting the examination have the right to withdraw the applicant from the examination. If the applicant is withdrawn from the entrance test, special report should be drown and the documents returned to the applicant.
